business 0.3The next thing I knew we started the process. We needed help and along the way and more question came up and they had the answers. We did complete our sale with them which took a while as the buyers lender held things up. But Brad kept us informed and offered us some options along the way. With the process complete everything went as projected.
business 0.3You see the reviews they\'ve done an excellent job at short sale, I like to add they done the same for to buy representation. I’ve have had many agents, but non match up to Brad. I purchased one place a year ago and when I told the old agent that if he’s done a good job, I will be buying another one very soon and he can help me. Unfortunately that old agent did not performed and as advised, I am ready to buy another place. I did not have an agent, but Brad represented of one of the short sale I was looking at. He was so accommodating and full of expertise, soon after he represented me and I purchased a place. That was in short sale too, but it would not have been sold if Brad was not involved. Brad jumped on the challenge, and I am very glad that I trusted his judgment. We had an offer in days, and although they backed out later, we had an extension on the sale date and listed the property again.
