Bradford W. Damm – Bradford is a San Diego native and the CEO and owner of Short Sale San Diego. Over the past 10 years Bradford has held several positions in the real estate, rental, mortgage and financial sectors. Bradford experienced firsthand the demise of the mortgage market as we knew it and was a pioneer in developing strategies to help people solve their short and long term financial issues.

David Vitale - David Vitale currently serves as Secretary & Broker of Record for Short Sale San Diego. David has spent the last twelve years in companies serving the financial services industry. At Short Sale San Diego, David consults with Realtors, trustees, and attorney firms on short sale strategies, legal compliance, and operational best-practices.
Prior to Short Sale San Diego, David held senior executive positions at American Premier Financial Group and Baxter Banks and Smith. David currently holds his California Real Estate Broker License and his California Property & Casualty License as well. David started his career as a stock broker at Joseph Charles & Associates. David graduated from the Plymouth State University.
